It is our goal as your full service leasing company specializing in the Columbia, Fort Jackson, and Shaw AFB areas, to provide you with superior service at all times. At Rascal's Rentals, we use a hands on approach and take pride in developing a personal relationship with all of our clients! 

            We specialize in providing housing to families of the Armed Forces. Furthermore, we honor military clauses in our leases and will make exceptions for short term, military school families and individuals.
            All of our houses are conveniently located in two subdivisions and are all within 5 minutes to Fort Jackson, Super Wal Mart, Food Lion Groceries, and many other shopping areas, restaurants and movie cinemas. We also have a quick response maintenance crew to tend to your housing repairs and needs! Prior to receiving the keys to any of our leased homes, your property will always receive a manicured yard, freshly painted interior and professionally steam cleaned carpets!
